Cancellation Policy
-cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
-same day cancellation/reschedule will be charged 50% of total service fee
-no shows will be charged 100% full service. must receive payment before you can reschedule.
- you have a 15 min grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late. We might need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
